Why Sinuosity?

sinuous, adj. Characterized by or abounding in turns, curves, or sinuosities; sinuate, curving. -Oxford English Dictionary

All my life I’ve been fascinated by moving water, especially mountain streams. What makes streams interesting is how they twist, turn and meander, presenting new a new opportunity for adventure around each turn. The same goes for my literary efforts. They meander as well, taking twists and turns like a sinuous stream.

What you’ll find in these articles are my unstructured thoughts captured by words. The purpose is to give me an outlet for those thoughts. I may not going always “finish” the pieces. I plan to get the thoughts down without stressing about composition, format or convention.

It’s called a “stream of consciousness” for good reason.
